HCPI
The Helsinki Chronic Pain Index is a published questionnaire for dogs. Answer each question based on how your dog has been recently, and keep the answers in mind rather than comparing them to how they were years ago. It is most useful repeated over time, so a change is visible.
A score on its own does not diagnose anything. We use it alongside the examination and the rest of the history.
